Lauren Daley, Principal
I have worked for over 15 years in the Architecture and Construction Industry overseeing large scale development projects from schematic design through construction administration. My career has focused on historic adaptive reuse and affordable housing. I'm a registered architect in several states and am skilled in architectural design, community engagement, building systems, jurisdictional processes, permit approvals, construction, development financing, commercial core and shell, commercial tenant improvements, and affordable housing and historic tax credits.
I founded Daley Architecture in 2022 to provide a full range of architectural and consulting services. No matter the scale of project, the key to its success is its team. I inspire successful teams through personal responsibility, thoughtful communication, positivity, creativity, and dedication.
